At Filix School of Education, we believe that fostering a love for reading is the cornerstone of a child’s education. That’s why we have introduced the ‘Drop Everything And Read’ program, an initiative designed to ignite the passion for books and knowledge in our students.
The Morning Bell: 15 Minutes of Reading Bliss Each morning, as the school bell chimes, students across all age groups participate in our ‘Drop Everything And Read’ (DEAR) program. For a dedicated 15 minutes, the entire school community comes together to read age-appropriate books, creating a serene and focused environment for uninterrupted reading.
Primary School: Our primary school students enjoy a curated collection of colorful, engaging, and age-appropriate books that cater to their individual reading levels and interests. We ensure that every child can find a book that sparks their curiosity and imagination.
Middle School: Middle school students have access to a diverse range of books that challenge their reading skills while fostering a deeper understanding of the world. Our collection includes classics, contemporary literature, and educational materials to suit their evolving tastes.
High School: High school students are encouraged to explore a wide variety of genres, from literature and science fiction to non-fiction and biographies.
