At Filix School of Education, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for social mobility and empowerment. Situated in a rural area that juxtaposes modern industrial development with socio-economic underdevelopment, our school embraces inclusivity, diversity, and academic excellence.
We recognize the aspirations of parents from all walks of life, including those from marginalized communities, who seek quality English-medium education for their children. Even illiterate parents understand that education—especially in English—opens doors to better job opportunities and economic stability.
Nanritam, the parent organization, took inspiration from global pedagogical models in the USA, Canada, and Europe, adopting child-centric teaching methodologies that focus on holistic development. Our philosophy is based on creating a socially integrated learning environment that benefits both underprivileged and middle-class students—fostering academic excellence, cultural harmony, and mutual growth.

MISSION
Filix School of Education is committed to providing high-quality English-medium education rooted in creativity, innovation, and inclusivity. Our mission is to foster a joyful and engaging learning experience through global teaching methodologies that include visual aids, interactive activities, and insights from child psychology. With a strong emphasis on classroom participation over homework, we aim to create an environment where children can learn at their own pace while receiving individual attention and regular progress assessments. Through dance, drama, music, games, and hands-on activities, we nurture a love for learning while instilling discipline, hygiene, and self-dependence from an early age. We also promote cultural exchange by encouraging interaction with international volunteers. Above all, our goal is to create self-reliant and responsible future citizens through quality education and holistic grooming provided by a band of dedicated teachers. We aspire to develop children who are liberal in thought, yet deeply rooted in Indian traditions and values.
